I was tasked by DK Books to design a typographic cover for the inspiring climate activist Mikaela Loach ( now Bestseller + nominated for the Global Citizen Prize: UK’s Hero Award). My design is an uncomplicated and vibrant typographic response to her fresh and radical perspective. Fonts and colour palette inspired by those used on protest placards + posters.. as well as being influenced by Mikaela’s favourite shade of pink.
